Spellweave Labs, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates Pull The Docket, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Pull The Docket (“Service”).

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.
Usage Data
We record your search queries, courts searched, and timestamps to provide search history, enforce usage limits, and improve the Service. This data is associated with your account.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. We retain only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Technical Data
We may collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information through server logs for security and operational purposes.

We retain your account data and search history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS encryption in transit, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We use a JWT authentication token stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us to have it removed.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
